Felt a little off yesterday after taking not doing to the gym. I know that I needed the rest, but I fell a bit out of sorts if I don’t go and do something. Probably worth it, because I beat myself up pretty solid today.
squat: 135×5, 185×5, 225×3, 275×2, 315×1, 335×1, 255×5 (two sets)
leg press: 190×6, 250×6, 295×6 (four sets)
close-grip pulldown: 7×8, 10×6, 12×6, 13×6, 14×6
hanging leg raise: x8 (four sets)
hyper extension: x6 (three sets)
hack squat: 90×8 (two sets)
