Last week of 3/wk, moving up to 4/wk. I’ve been filling in off days w/ focues work and occasionally complexes, I need to keep that going.

squats: 135×5, 195×2 (16 sets @50% max)
deadlift: 135×5, 185×5, 245×1 (8 sets @ 50% max, perhaps a little optimistic)
good mornings: 85×6 (three sets)
medicine ball rotations: x20 (three sets)
medicine ball crunches: x10 (three sets)
