Felt pretty good this morning, not a lot of energy but reasonably strong. It took a few sets to get my adrenalin up, but after a 275 lb squat I was ready to go.
squats: 135×5, 185×5, 225×5, 275×3, 315×3
chins: 4x (three sets)
hanging leg raises: 8x (four sets)
good mornings: 75×7 (three sets)
leg press: 170×10, 250×8 (four sets)
