one-leg standing calf raise: 30×8
standing barbell calf raise: 45×10, 135×15
squats: 135×8, 185×18
overhead reverse barbell lunge: 45×5, 65×8
dumbbell curl: 30×8, 40×10
dumbbell shrug: 65×10, 75×10
