Beat myself up pretty well this morning. It was odd being away for the weekend, by Monday morning I was experiencing the abnormal sensation of not being in pain. Rolling myself off the bed this morning was a return to normal and my hamstrings are aching as they usually are.

negative dips: 3×10 sec
push ups: 12x
medicine ball rotation: 16x (two sets)
medicine ball situps: 16x (two sets)
planks: 45sec (two sets)
chins: 4, 3
tricep pressdown: 10×15, 12×10
dumbbell shoulder press: 40×10
dumbbell rows: 75×12
